Here’s her story,
I went to a Grizzly Bear concert in Boston two years ago at this really small venue. I was filing my way through all the concert-goers mingling and purchasing alcohol and people just. would. not. get out of my way.
There was a really tall guy talking to a middle-aged couple and he was blocking my way to the stairs so I put my hand on his back and pushed him.
Because I was a short 17 year old girl and he was tall so I needed some oomph.
He swiveled his head around but I wasn’t about to apologize. He was blocking the entrance to the show and I love Grizzly Bear. I NEEDED to get to my seat.
I looked up at him anyway. And then I looked up and up.
And it was Chris Bear.
Whom I later found out had been talking to Ed’s parents (who came to see the show since Ed’s from Boston).
Chris Bear is really tall. And I was really embarrassed. The end.
